E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and Lazada have strict shipping time requirements for orders. However, some ERPs do not capture order handover status. To help sellers and overseas warehouses clearly track handover status, promptly optimize and process orders and shipments, and avoid performance issues caused by shipping errors, delays, or lost packages, sellers using ERPs that do not retrieve handover status can use this guide.
