Seller Views B2B Inventory

I. Definition

Sellers can view B2B product inventory either through the seller platform or via their ERP system.

Note: To view and synchronize inventory through an ERP, the B2B products need to be created within the ERP first.

II. Operating Procedures

Method One: View by Box

(1) You can query the in-transit quantity, pending receiving quantity, pending put-away quantity, quantity locked by outbound orders, available quantity, total inventory quantity for a specific box number in the warehouse, as well as the product SKUs stored in each box.

(2) You can filter by client.

(3) You can perform precise searches by box number, custom box number, or product SKU. Batch searches are supported.
