I. Definition
Overseas warehouses categorize and maintain the dimensions, specifications, and weight information of warehouse products.

II. Operational Process
Product information should be maintained in the system from the early stages of system usage.

After sellers push products to the overseas warehouse system, the warehouse can categorize the products.

Set up the classification tree supported by your warehouse. Once the classification tree is established, you can assign categories directly to products when maintaining product information later.

Maintain Product Information

On the product list page, find the product you want to edit and click the corresponding edit button to modify its information. Editable content includes:

  • Product Category

  • Receiving Status: When set to "Receiving Prohibited," the system will no longer allow the ERP to push inbound orders containing this product.

  • Sales Status: When set to "Sales Prohibited," the system will no longer allow the ERP to push orders containing this product.

  • Actual Dimensions & Weight: The basis for the system to automatically charge the owner. You can edit and fill in this information directly in the product details, or enter it during the receiving process.
