I. Definition
When shipped goods are refused by the buyer and the original package is returned to the warehouse, or when the buyer has already accepted the delivery but returns the goods for other non‑warehouse‑related reasons, the seller client creates a return inbound order. The overseas warehouse then performs return inspection (QC), inbound processing, and put‑away. The goods can be repacked and shipped once a new order is received.

II. Operation Path
Warehouse Terminal > Inbound > Return Order Management > Pending Inbound (view return inbound orders submitted by sellers) > Scan Return (confirm goods are in acceptable condition) > Confirm Inbound.
