I. Definition
The warehouse can set up custom carton mark (shipping mark) templates. Once a template is created, when the seller (OMS) prints carton marks while creating an inbound order (standard or B2B inbound order), the warehouse‑defined template will be displayed by default, and the seller can also choose other templates created in the WMS.

Benefits of Custom Carton Marks:

  1. Improve Warehouse Operational Efficiency: Based on the warehouse’s own workflow and product characteristics, key information (such as warehouse zone, rack code, weight, volume, etc.) can be fixed in the carton mark template. When sellers print these marks during inbound order creation, the warehouse can quickly identify goods during receiving, inbound, sorting, storage, and shipping, reducing verification time. For example, quickly confirming the product’s assigned area via the carton mark helps avoid mis‑shipment or missing items due to unclear information, significantly boosting warehouse management efficiency.

  2. Management Standardization: Unified carton mark templates ensure consistent labeling across all warehouse goods. Whether new or experienced staff, everyone can follow the standardized information on the template, reducing communication costs.
