I. Definition
Displays the total fees, total costs, and total profit of an overseas warehouse's operations, broken down into categories such as storage fees, handling fees, packaging material fees, distribution product costs, logistics fees, work order charges, and manual billing. If re-billing is involved, profits are automatically recalculated.
Jifeng WMS Profit = Overseas Warehouse Receivable Fees - Overseas Warehouse Payable Costs.
That is: Jifeng WMS Profit = Revenue (Storage Fees + Handling Fees + Packaging Material Fees + Distribution Product Costs + Logistics Fees + Work Order Charges + Manual Billing) - Cost (Storage Fees + Handling Fees + Packaging Material Fees + Distribution Product Costs + Logistics Fees + Work Order Charges + Manual Billing).
Suitable For:
Agent Warehouses Pushing to Main Warehouses: Agent warehouses can set their costs to understand their own profit and expense structure.
Pallet Distributors: Set costs for distributed products to facilitate accurate accounting with principal suppliers.
Overseas Warehouse Gross Profit Calculation: Overseas warehouses can set costs to view their gross profit and cost breakdown.
II. Operational Path
Step 1: View Total Overseas Warehouse Profit and Drop-shipping Business Profit

Note: The profit calculation list corresponds one-to-one with business fee data, but displays the cost and profit information for each business document. For logistics and packaging material fees involving currency conversion, the amount is converted to the client's settlement currency using the exchange rate from the day before billing (re-billing and cost recalculations also use the exchange rate from the day before the billing date).
Profit = Fees - Costs
Profit Margin = (Profit / Fees) * 100%, rounded to two decimal places. If fees are 0, the profit margin is displayed as "--".
