Add Agent Information and Warehouse Pairing

I. Definition

If overseas warehouse management and shipping are handled by a third-party warehouse, and you are a sales/operations agent for that warehouse, you need to add agent information and pair warehouses. This grants access to the agent warehouse's logistics channels. Subsequent packing and shipping will be handled by the third-party warehouse.

II. Operational Path

Step 1: Warehouse Owner Creates an OMS Account for the Agent (Similar to Creating an Account for a Client)

This is used to link the agent's main warehouse with your own warehouse.

Step 2: Add Agent Information

Warehouse WMS > Settings > Agent Settings > 【Agent Authorization】 > Add Authorization > The authorization keys for each overseas warehouse must be obtained from the respective system's OMS and entered here to complete authorization. Once added to the list, this will synchronize the warehouses and logistics channels from the agent's system.

After authorization is completed, both the agent warehouses and logistics channels will be synced/pushed to your system.

Agent: The warehouse you represent.

Custom Agent Name: A name you assign for easier management of your agent warehouse.

Authorization Token: The OMS authorization account provided to you by the main warehouse.

Step 3: Create a New Agent Warehouse

Within the WMS Settings > Warehouse Settings, create a new warehouse of the type [Agent Warehouse]. After the warehouse pairing is successful, you need to enable this agent warehouse for your clients in the client list.

Step 4: Pair the Agent Warehouse with the Main Warehouse

This completes the warehouse pairing.

Important Notes:

  1. If a seller creates an inbound order to your self-configured custom agent warehouse, the actual inbound operations will be handled by the main warehouse you are representing.

  2. If you need to pair with multiple agent warehouses, they can also be imported and paired in bulk.

  3. After the agent warehouse pairing is complete, proceed to create accounts for clients and set up billing templates following the basic operations guide for Jifeng WMS.
