Seller Creates Work Order

I. Definition

If a seller client has specific requirements needing warehouse assistance, to prevent issues like warehouse staff forgetting tasks due to communication or to streamline complex and time-consuming communication, the seller can create a work order in the seller OMS. The warehouse can then execute tasks directly based on this work order.

Work Order: Can be understood as an instruction document for warehouse processing tasks.

Work Orders > Work Order Management > Create > Fill in work order information > Save.
