I. Definition

Temu Semi-Managed Y2 one-click direct shipping order generation facilitates the direct application of product labels in China and consolidated handover to the first-mile carrier. Upon arrival at the overseas warehouse, staff can scan the first-mile tracking number and batch print official Temu shipping labels.

II. Operational Path

Step 1: Create Direct Shipping Order; Step 2: Print Label

Step 1: [Methods for Creating Direct Shipping Orders]

Method 1: After store authorization in Jifeng, batch create direct shipping orders on the orders page.

Method 2: If the store is not authorized, create direct shipping orders individually.

Method 3: If the store is not authorized, batch import direct shipping orders.

Method 4: Batch create direct shipping orders from platform orders after store authorization (suitable for sellers with free Jifeng OMS store authorization).

Seller Platform (OMS) > Platform Orders > Pending Processing > Select Orders > Batch Operations > Assign Warehouse, Select Logistics, Create Direct Shipping Order > Obtain Tracking Number.

When selecting logistics, OMS supports automatic price comparison.

Note: After the tracking number is obtained, the Jifeng Overseas Warehouse System will automatically determine the earliest label acquisition time for the order, automatically retrieve the label, and push it to Jifeng WMS.

Method 2: Create Direct Shipping Order Individually (Manual Creation – Suitable for sellers who do not have a store authorized in Jifeng OMS but need to create direct shipping orders)

Method 3: Batch Import to Create Direct Shipping Orders (Manual Creation – Suitable for sellers whose stores are not authorized in Jifeng OMS but need to create a large number of direct shipping orders via batch import)

Import Shipping Labels: The import function supports PDF direct shipping order numbers, platform order numbers, and tracking numbers, which are directly matched to the corresponding direct shipping orders.

Step 2: [Seller Prints Direct Shipping Labels]

Sellers can print direct shipping labels in the OMS, which supports custom label formats. Labels can use the direct shipping order number, tracking number, or platform order number as the barcode.
