I. Definition

After a cross-border e-commerce seller receives an order from stores such as TikTok, Shopify, Temu, or SHEIN, the seller may purchase the goods from a domestic supplier, pack them domestically, affix neutral shipping labels, and have a domestic logistics provider deliver them to the overseas warehouse. The overseas warehouse then replaces the label with the final-mile shipping label for onward carriage.

Alternatively, after receiving an order, the seller may purchase the goods from a foreign supplier and have them shipped directly to the overseas warehouse, where the warehouse handles the label replacement.

II. Operational Steps (Seller Side)

Step 1: Cross-Border E-commerce Seller Authorizes Store in Jifeng OMS

Step 2: Seller Creates Warehouse Products in OMS (Can be created individually or imported)

Step 3: In OMS, the seller pairs the platform SKU with the warehouse product SKU (Pairing can be done individually or imported).

Step 4: Within the OMS platform orders section, select the warehouse and logistics provider, create a direct shipping order, and then obtain the tracking number.

(Here, you can use either the platform label or the warehouse's integrated logistics. If you use the platform label, the label is purchased based on the declared specifications filled in by the seller in the product section. If you use the warehouse's integrated logistics, the specifications actually measured by the warehouse in the product section are used.)

(You can also configure platform order rules to automatically select warehouse logistics and automatically create direct shipping orders.)

Step 5: Seller Prints Neutral Direct Shipping Labels

Step 6: Perform "Confirm Delivery to Warehouse" Action

Step 7: Mark Order as Shipped on Platform

(After the seller sees that the order status is "Shipped" in the Cross-Border Direct Shipping section, they can go to the Platform Orders section to complete the shipment marking.)
