After the overseas warehouse opens an account for you, you can log in using the email address you provided for account creation. Open your inbox, locate the welcome email, and click on it to access the password setup page.

To add products to the overseas warehouse system, you can manually import them or directly synchronize your entire product catalog from your ERP system with a single click.

Once the overseas warehouse has your product information, you can create shipping orders directly from the seller platform. Alternatively, you can create them through your ERP system, and they will automatically sync with the overseas warehouse.

After you complete the shipping process, you can wait for the overseas warehouse to receive and shelve the inventory.

When your store generates orders, you will need to process them. You can authorize marketplaces like Temu, TikTok, and Amazon to your seller OMS system to directly pull platform orders. Alternatively, you can process and push orders to the overseas warehouse through your ERP, or manually create or import orders.

Once you have processed the orders, the overseas warehouse will pick, pack, and ship the items according to your instructions.

Of course, if the overseas warehouse you partner with offers distribution services, you can also distribute their products. If you have FBA business, you can handle FBA returns. If you are involved in B2B transshipment, you can manage those operations directly within the system as well.
