Client Forgot Password: Reset Password

I. Definition
If a seller client forgets the login password for the Seller Portal (OMS), the warehouse side can generate a password reset link for the registered client. The seller can then click the link in their email to access the password reset page.

II. Operation Path
Clients > Opened Accounts > Select Client > Reset Password > The system automatically sends a reset link to the seller's email.
